The reasons why operational data has to be acquired are as diverse as the range of data that exists or is produced in a company. Some plant operators simply want to fulfil their documentation duties, others are interested in optimising the value added by the company on the basis of transparent data.

Very different information and control systems exist in many companies that have developed differently over time. Most of the data needed already exists but is spread over a large number of measuring devices, loggers, databases, control systems and operator panels.

We bring this data together in a central operational data acquisition system so that relationships can be recognised. Parameters, statistical analyses, diagrams and reports are the tools we use. We establish these solutions on conventional market products or the BNA software platform TIBS - Technisches Informations- und Bediensystem (technical information and operating system).
