What's important to us
As a company, we are characterized by the individuality of our employees. They are the most important ingredient in our recipe for success. Therefore, we value the professional development and continuing education of each and every member of the BNA team. In doing so, we consider the company's interests as well as the individual ideas of our employees and uphold the principle of equal opportunities. Personal and professional growth is just as important to us as that of the company.
Our corporate culture thrives on the strong identification of our employees with their work. Team spirit and appreciation are hallmarks of BNA. Our daily interactions are characterized by transparency, respect, and integrity. Our executives' doors are open for suggestions and criticism throughout the year. Furthermore, we create a trusting environment for mutual feedback through annual employee reviews.
We know and respect that our employees are people with families and hobbies. To minimize the amount of work-life balance you have to juggle and to achieve a true work-life balance, we design the work environment to be as flexible as possible. We offer daycare subsidies, flexible working hours, remote working, and much more. We also provide modern IT and workplace equipment to create the best possible conditions for everyone. If anything is missing, we'll gladly source it.
Employees in every department work independently. We trust them to lead their projects to success. If something goes wrong, we overcome the hurdle together.
Working independently encourages thinking outside the box. Our employees can also contribute outside of project work, implement their own ideas, and drive change. This allows everyone to develop and realize their potential. This benefits them and our company.
We are also committed outside of the BNA cosmos. We invest in education by supporting science and technology projects and supporting our partner high school in the implementation of a wide variety of projects. We also support social institutions in the region – often kindergartens – because we understand that children are the future.
