Our remote maintenance client is a compact application that requires no installation or administrator rights on your PC.

An ID and password appear after the program has been started. We can only access your PC when you tell us these. Simple, and safe!

IT consulting

We begin with a strategic counselling session. This comprises an analysis of the status quo and clarification of your future requirements and objectives. We then draw up a step-by-step plan on the basis of this showing how your IT infrastructure can be brought into shape in several stages. We calculate the budgets for the individual steps and also help you choose suitable suppliers.

Network monitoring

We can monitor your system from our remote BNA control station on request. The permanent event monitoring of your hardware and software guarantees prevention and early detection so that there is no chance of your IT systems crashing.

Radio field analysis and LAN/WAN analysis

We help you to improve your performance by analysing networks. Both reactive as well as preventive tests of data traffic and radio fields increase the availability and ensure a safer network environment. We then recommend solutions with a higher stability and performance on the basis of these tests.

IT security audits

Apart from realising IT security solutions, we also check whether your corporate structures and IT management processes comply with the basic guidelines of IT security through audits. We then make recommendations for action or offer joint advice about improvements.

Maintenance, service and standby

We provide comprehensive support for your IT solution over its entire service life, even with contractually guaranteed features if you so wish. Depending on the requirements, we compile an individual offer for you from various components.

This begins with accompanying advice, preventive maintenance and a hotline service. If you wish, we can also create an access for remote maintenance via which we can analyse the error pattern and, wherever possible, rectify the fault remotely. Our on-site repair service includes a guaranteed response time on request. Optionally, we offer the stocking of critical spare parts, a separate telephone number for direct damage or accident support as well as extended warranty periods. In addition, we can ensure round-the-clock availability of your IT systems with a 24x7 on-call standby service.

Information, documentation and training

We provide our customers with comprehensive information about the hardware and software that is used and offer individual training for the systems used, the operating system environment and the standard Office applications. We prepare documentation for the EDP system on request and update this after every modification.
