Municipal wastewater

Wastewater treatment is a public service. Apart from ensuring the safe operation of the technical plants, statutory requirements have to be met and compliance has to be proven. What makes this challenge unique: all plants must be operational around the clock since the flow of wastewater is endless.

BNA have equipped more than 200 wastewater treatment plants with a processing capacity of up to 2 million PE with electrical and control systems. We are familiar with all technological wastewater and sludge treatment processes. These projects have left BNA with a large resource of proven and trusted solutions. This wealth of experience comes to bear if demanding tasks have to be solved such as renewing the electrical and automation technology of a large wastewater treatment plant during ongoing operation, reducing the energy and operating media consumption, building up an automated reporting system or optimising operation and maintenance.
