The Dutch company DAF Trucks N.V., a subsidiary of the North American firm PACCAR Inc., is a global manufacturer of medium and heavy commercial vehicles. DAF has built a new assembly facility for the South American market in Ponta Grossa in the Brazilian state of Paraná. BNA supplied the electrical, instrumentation and control technology for the automated gluing plant for front, rear and side windows in truck production. Apart from the switchgear unit, operation and plant visualisation via touch panel, this also included a safety instrumented system (SIS).
Agrozumos, a member company of Richard Hartinger Group, produces 180 million units of fruit juice for international trade chains every year and exports these to several EU countries. BNA delivered the energy and operational data management system for Agrozumos. Our scope of services included the data integration of energy meters, loggers and machines, the delivery of the operational data management system, the design of a reporting system and the relevant report forms according to ISO 50001 as well as the installation of a fully virtualised, redundant server environment.
Syndicat des Eaux du Sud in Luxembourg (SES) supplies 23 towns and communities with drinking water. In 2012 SES expanded the Dondelange water works by a three-train ultra-filtration plant with an overall capacity of 600 m³/h. BNA delivered switchgear units as well as control and instrumentation technology for the new plant and converted the existing plant while this was in operation.
